Policies

• Flexible check-ins and check-outs available.

• Check in between 3:00PM and 7:00PM. 

• Check out 12 noon. 

• Smoking is permitted on outside deck and balcony.

• Well-behaved children nine and over are welcomed.

• Sorry no pets

• All rates are for double occupancy. Additional person is 20.00 per night.

• Deposit of 50% of stay maybe required for weekends and special events.

• Cancellations with out penalty requires 2 weeks notice.  Less than 2 week notice refund is subject to re-rental of room.

• AAA, AARP, Corporate, Government, and Multi-night discounts are available.

• Some weekends and special events require multi-night stays.

• No shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay.

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards accepted.

• All room rates subject to applicable Florida State Sales Tax(7%) and Pinellas County.

• Tourism Tax (5%).
