• Check in times: 2:00-6:00 PM. Let us know if you would like a late or early check in.
• Check out time: 11:00 AM. Late check out may be available, please request in advance.
• Rates: All rates are for double occupancy and are subject to applicable Florida State Sales Tax and Pinellas County Tourism Tax. Additional person is $20.00 per night.
• Payments: Your credit card will be charged for the first night when you book.
• Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or changes to your reservation without penalty must be made no later than 4 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations or changes made after this are subject to charges for one night’s stay. No Shows or same day cancellations will forfeit total charges for entire stay. No refunds for early departures.
• Minimum Night Stay: Some weekends or special events require a two or three night stay.
• No Smoking indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors only in the designated patio smoking area. In room smoke is very difficult to clean out, so please don’t. We will charge for deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoke.
• Children nine and older are welcome at Watergarden Inn at the Bay
• Sorry, no pets
• Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis during your stay. This service is provided between 10:00 AM & 1:00 PM. Exceptions to this are by special arrangement
• No “real” candles in the building. (We have LED “candles” – just ask)
• Damage and Loss Charges: The registered guest will be charged for excessive cleaning, damages or theft from the unit.
• Events and Parties: If you are planning an event, please make arrangements in advance with Watergarden Inn at the Bay. Full rental of the inn will be required for certain events. Guest rooms and inn facilities may not be used for gatherings, parties or events without prior written authorization.
