DVD players on request • Meeting facilities available Policies  • Check in times: 3:00-7:00 PM. Let us know if you would like a late or early check in.• Check out time: 11:00 AM. Late check out may be available, please request in advance. • Rates: All rates are for double occupancy and are subject to applicable Florida State Sales Tax and Pinellas County Tourism Tax. Additional person is $30.00 per night. • Payments: Your credit card will be charged for the first night when you book. • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or changes to your reservation must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellations or changes made later than 14 days prior are subject to charges for one night’s stay. Refund of remaining charges is subject to re-rental of the room. No Shows will forfeit total room rate for entire stay. • Minimum Night Stay: Some weekends or special events require two night stay. • No Smoking indoors. Guests may smoke outdoors only in the designated patio smoking area. In room smoke is very difficult to clean out, so please don’t. We will charge for deep cleaning if there is evidence of smoke. • Children nine and older are welcome at Watergarden Inn at the Bay • Sorry, no pets • Housekeeping: Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis during your stay. This service is provided between 11:00-3:00 PM. Exceptions to this are by special arrangement • No “real” candles in the building. (We have LED “candles” – just ask) • Damage and Loss Charges: The registered guest will be charged for excessive cleaning, damages or theft from the unit. • Events and Parties: If you are planning an event, please make arrangements in advance with Watergarden Inn at the Bay. Full rental of the inn will be required for certain events. Guest rooms and inn facilities may not be used for gatherings, parties or events without prior written authorization. |
